Shipping information

We currently ship via USPS using either standard shipping or priority mail.

  • Most orders will ship out within 1 to 3 business days.  

  • During peak holiday times, it may take longer to ship.

  • All orders are shipped from Northern California and shipping time will largely depend on your distance from us.

  • If you require faster shipping times, please email before ordering to ensure that we can meet your timeline.

  • This is not a guarantee, but we will always make our best effort. 

  • Santa Cruz Fungi is not responsible for delayed or lost items caused by the USPS.

  • USPS does not consider a package as being lost in transit until it has spent at least 30 days in transit.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for items lost or undelivered due to the wrong shipping address submitted with your order.

  • We're sorry but we don't currently ship internationally. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We always want you to have a great experience with Santa Cruz Fungi! If any of our products don't meet your expectations, we want to know. If you are not 100% satisfied with a product or service, please let us know within 3 days so we can work together to resolve the issue. Please send an email with your order info, photos and any details to: getfungi@gmail.com

 

For health and safety reasons along with the perishable and unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our mushrooms or merchandise. When applicable, we may issue a store credit towards a future purchase.

If you discover that there is something wrong with the shipment, such as packaging damage, please let us know so we can remedy it right away and can make a claim with the carrier. Please, save your shipping box and packaging because it will need to be inspected and documented by the carrier. If the box is discarded, claims cannot be filed for damaged goods or items.

 

Our return and exchange policy is in accordance with statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
